Description:  Provides inpatient and outpatient treatment services for adult and adolescent substance abusers. Services also include medical and mental health screening, referral and counseling, adult literacy, job search assistance, entitlement benefits assistance, transportation, HIV education and case management, housing referrals, transitional housing, and treatment for co-occurring chemical dependency and mental illness.

Fees:   Sliding scale based on federal poverty guidelines, Accepts Medicaid, private insurance
