Overview

Imperial Calcasieu Human Services Authority (ImCal HSA) exists so that citizens with mental health, addictions, and developmental challenges residing in the parishes of Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis are empowered, and self-determination is valued such that individuals live a satisfying, hopeful, and contributing life.  Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol, drugs, gambling) for both adults and children. All of our behavioral health clinics are accredited by CARF International,  a Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
