Provides advocacy, assessment, information dissemination, referral, domestic violence intervention, and substance abuse treatment to the Haitian/Caribbean community. Reports are sent back to DCF in reference to issues affecting the Haitian community.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm
