Serves as the Family Resource Center (FRC) a neighborhood based center offering services to support families and strengthen communities including information and referral services, parent education classes, life skills workshops and support groups, family friendly activities, community events and resource fairs, computer and Internet access for job search, resume assistance, and linkages to health and social service programs and a resource library of adult and children's books and videos, and volunteer and community service programs. In home visitation services are available for families with children (age 0-5). Is a member of the Family Resource Network, a part of the Children's Network of Solano County.

Emergency services includes an emergency food box for a low income individual or family, once in a life time, a motel voucher for a family with dependent children for a 1 or 2 night stay, an emergency gas voucher to get to work or for critical medical needs or for stranded travelers attempting to return to point of origin. All emergency services are provided on a case by case basis, as resources are available, and clients can be eligible for the Self Sufficiency program or for short term case management.

Offers other food assistance including senior brown bags and USDA surplus food distribution.

The Self Sufficiency Program fosters self-reliance and independence through an individualized case management plan. Clients help to develop a realistic, feasible action plan with measurable goals specific to their needs including community involvement placements to develop skills, connections to job opportunities and job training and informative workshops, support groups and meeting.

Accepts HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) applications, a federally funded utility bill credit program. Also serves as a site to accept CalWORKs, CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps or SNAP), WIC, Medi-Cal and Section 8 applications.

Offers individual, couple, family and group counseling for drug and alcohol issues, relationship issues, abuse, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, stress and conflict management. Can provide family case management on a case by case basis. Also offers domestic violence clinics, parenting classes and periodic youth support groups.

Provides substance abuse education and prevention for youth.

Provides financial assistance for rental deposit and rent payment assistance through the Season of Sharing (SOS) fund for families, seniors (age 55 or over) or individuals with disabilities. Rental assistance for Dixon residents only.

Also offers a multipurpose room with a full kitchen available for rent for meetings and forums.
