The centers offer free recovery support resources, recreational activities, job and educational training, meetings and support groups. The centers are:

    Rediscovering Me Clubhouse in Brooklyn Park and H2O 4 L.I.F.E. Clubhouse in Annapolis for youth ages 12-17 who are currently or were previously in treatment for substance use
